The hotel is newly decorated and offers excellent accommodation in a perfect setting. It is just a short walk away from a very clean residential area and a convenient gas station/convenience store.

Uncomfortable bed, dingy atmosphere,noisy guests in other rooms

Thank you very much for the nice stay on a vacation. The room is big and beautiful, it comes with nightstands and a King bed and the bathtub. The location of the venue is excellent and favourable, just off stone mountain as well as a nice gas station / convenience store...

It was all superb.

Great room with a flat-screen TV, AC, and a microwave - super convenient! 📺 Also, awesome location with lots of food choices nearby. Service was top-notch too!

Cleanliness lacking , old tv few channels

The hotel looks like it needs a re-make and serious facelist. It was clean. We could not find it because their sign was not lighted. The morning after, at six, we were waked by a lud discussion by the owner, Mr. Pattel, with a homeless who was sleeping in front of our door! Thank you for this unexpected wake up call!

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a double room with a kitchenette.

The receptionist was very kind.

Once again I am fully dissapointed, I could have stayed at a Super 8 Motel for $20.00 less and had a bed which was at least clean. I captured A BROWN RECULSE Spider in the room and could not sleep all night. This was a total waist of money especially with my life in danger from a spider that could cause my flesh to be eaten away! This Place should be Condemned. There are vagrants living in the woods behind the hotel who came in and out of the woods all night. The sofa sleeper was covered with cigarette burns and dingy as well as the carpets which had nasty stains everywhere! NOTEAM!

Very poor continental breakfast. Hotel old and shabby and in a questionable neithborhood. No hairdryer or iron in room, but an iron was supplied when requested. Very poor tv reception.

We had a good time and greatly enjoyed the hotel. It's an excellent low-budget venue with amicable and incredibly nice staff. The location is unbeatable and favorable, with many places to eat.

Nothing except the price

The Ramada Limited Suites in Marietta, ga, is in dire need of updating. The air conditioner / heater equipment are out of date. The beds are beyond needing to be replaced. The small loveseat in the room was extremely dirty and worn. The smell in the lobby area is absolutely horrible. It smells like sweat layered upon dirty sweat. The walls behind the breakfast bar were splattered and very dirty. The continental brunch was a joke.

It's location near Atlanta.

Nothing is too much trouble, the venue met my requirements, recommend it. The lobby was good for breakfasts. The location of this hotel near to a very clean residential area, a nice gas station/convenience store, and restaurants was excellent and good.

The room setup was very nice, especially for someone who needed to have an extended stay, as there is a full kitchen, even a full-size refrigerator.

The heat was slow to work. Also, there was no hot water whatsoever after about 6 P.M. This was very strange. Fortunately, I had taken a shower immediately upon my arrival.

The location wasn't too far from the restaurant where we dined that evening.

The water took 20 mins to get hot.... just ridiculous. The heating unit is extremely loud .Checkout is at noon, at 11:30 am they start banging on the door and screaming hello until you answer.
